Woohoo! Lost 5.8 lbs. this week! Awesome...considering I pigged out Sat-Monday and was only "on track" Tues-Thurs, lol. Going to really try to stay on track tomorrow (weekends are my downfall!), so that I can enjoy some good food on Sunday. David and I are going to Bloomington for a Naval Academy Parent's club meeting/pot luck and Italian beef is on the agenda...yummmm! Splurged on Pizza Hut tonight, but kept it to a personal pan.

Wow, Kari...almost 6 pounds this week! That is awesome! I feel like my weight is a constant battle...I do so well and lose it and feel good, then totally let myself go and feel so bad. I know I do it to myself and I'm the only one that can change it. I'm glad to see that your blogging about your journey! I'm going to try to get back "on it" on Monday. Hope you have a good weekend!
