No work today, so it felt like the weekend...really wasn't into the whole healthy eating thing. I did stay within points, but alot of processed/carbs. Oh well...better than an all-out pigout fest I guess. Cheat day is Saturday but it'll be rough to stay on track Sunday with all of the trick or treat candy, etc.
