Well...not too bad considering today is Saturday. Tomorrow, on the other hand, is cheat day. I really wanted to NOT have those, lol...but it seems that some event or another is always getting in the way. Going to Bloomington for a Central IL USNA Parent's Club meeting/pot luck. Am going to stick to a very light breakfast and maybe no dinner at all, and try to keep the portions low at the pot luck. Don't want to attempt to count points there.... I know, I know- lazy. No excuse really...but I am feeling better about myself and already have more energy because I'm not eating like crap day after day. Just gonna keep on keepin' on!
